Do you sell direct to the public?
No, we only supply to Australian businesses. However, there is no particular size of business we can’t supply to. We cover all from sole traders to large publicly listed corporations and Government departments.
What if you dont have a item in stock?
We have major contracts & agreements with Print Vendors, so we will order it in direct and you should expect to receive your cartridges within a few days.
What is the standard delivery turaround time?
Same day delivery for metro customers placed before 12pm, next day for capital cities and 2 days for rural customers.
Do generic consumables void my printer warranty?
No, the use of generic printer consumables does not void your statutory warranty. In fact all generic consumables we supply come with the same guarantees and warranties as the genuine consumable.
